 This is where I come in. My name is Barbara Hausheer, and I founded Morning Glory Flower Shop over 20 years ago. I will be there personally to help you with your entire wedding flower process.
It all starts with a simple meeting - a bridal consultation. This free service allows us review the date, time and place for your special celebration. We will review everything... from the style and colors of your dress, seasonal and favorite flowers, to the ambiance and theme of the reception.
BBased on your input and budget, you and I will come up with a collection of elegant and sophisticated wedding flowers that will add a flattering backdrop to your wedding and reception. After our meeting, I’ll do some more figuring and gather all the details in a complete, written proposal.

 Preparing for Your Consultation
I understand how busy you are trying to cover all the details of the wedding. However, there are some things you can do to make our consultation go more smoothly and make the best use of your time.
Take a moment to think of a budget for your wedding flowers – Wedding planners say that flowers are usually 5-10% of the total wedding budget. Check to see if the reception hall offers centerpieces as part of their banquet package.
Collect pictures for reference – begin with your wedding dress, pictures of the bride's and bridesmaids' dresses, bouquets or flowers that you like, centerpieces that represent your theme. Pale tone flowers add elegant sophistication. Intense bright colors can present a flattering backdrop. We'll design your party to reflect your colors, textures and styles.
Prepare a list of your wedding party and service details – jot down a few of the details about your wedding, a single sheet of paper will do. Include the date, time and place of the service and reception, addresses and phone numbers of the bride and groom, number of people in the wedding party, number of tables at the reception, etc. Don’t worry if you don’t have it all, whatever you can bring will help us best use our time together.
I’ll give you great advice and suggestions to help you make your decisions – from the floral bouquet, to detailed veils, from the reception and dinnertable centerpieces to the walk down the aisle. Beautiful fresh flowers can create ambiance with their amazing colors, textures, and fragrance.
